Refund policy

Each Whisper & Shout journal is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Each Whisper & Shout journal is created on demand once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement. When reaching out, please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Whisper & Shout is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package has been lost or has not arrived, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing shipping confirmation and tracking information if needed.
